1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At FamilyCollection.pk, we provide FREE standard delivery on all orders across Pakistan. We deliver to all major cities and towns nationwide, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and more. Please note that we currently deliver within Pakistan only and do not ship to PO Boxes, restricted areas, or international addresses at this time.
2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon confirmation of payment or order placement. Processing times may vary depending on order verification, stock availability, packing, and dispatch. An order confirmation will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp once your order is successfully placed.
Local Deliveries — Pakistan
We offer the following delivery options:
Standard Delivery — FREE on all orders. Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the time of order, depending on your city and location.
Express Delivery — Available at an additional charge for selected cities. Orders are delivered within 1 to 2 working days from the time of dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You may use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through our courier partner’s website. Please ensure you provide a valid contact number at checkout so our courier can reach you in case of any delivery issues. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts if no one is available to receive the package.
3. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Simply select COD at checkout and pay when your order arrives at your doorstep — no advance payment required. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.
4. TAXES & DUTIES
All prices listed on FamilyCollection.pk are inclusive of applicable taxes for customers within Pakistan. No additional duties or hidden charges will be applied to domestic orders. Any future international shipping charges, taxes, or import duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
5. MODE OF PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — Available nationwide across Pakistan
- Debit & Credit Cards — VISA and Mastercard accepted
- Bank Transfer — Direct bank deposit or online transfer
- Mobile Wallets — JazzCash and Easypaisa accepted
All online payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. We do not store any payment information on our servers.
6. IMPORTANT NOTES
- Orders are processed on working days only (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- FamilyCollection.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
